Room reservations will be made through DEKON Congress and Tourism Inc.

  • Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Rates quoted are in Euros, including the breakfast.
  • The Accommodation tax 2% is NOT included.
  • Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.
  • Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail registration@fibsymposium2023.org

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:

  • Cancellations before and on April 23, 2023, will receive 50% refund.
  • Cancellations on and after April 24, 2023, will not receive any refund.
